Brooklynn is available for adoption at the West LA Animal ShelterBeautiful "Brooklynn"

UPDATE: ADOPTED 10/20/2013

She sits at the front of her kennel and, with her beautiful, black marble eyes, she stares at everyone passing by as if to say "Please help me." Brooklynn is a 10 month old, unaltered female, black and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix.  She weighs 45 pounds.  Brooklyn was found as a stray and has been at the West Los Angeles Animal Shelter since September 20, 2013.

Brooklyn is an amazing dog.  She is petite with a shiny black and white coat.  Her face will either make you smile or bring tears to your eyes.  Brooklyn is a homeless dog, like so many other thousands of dogs.  If you stop to look at her, chances are she will roll over on her back with her legs sticking straight up and her eyes pleading for you to love her.

Brooklynn loves people and likes nothing better than to lean on her person.  She acts very submissive as if wanting to do anything to please her person.  She has a soft mouth and loves treats.  She walks on-leash and does not react to the other dogs who are barking ash she passes by.  She knows Sit and Down.

Brooklynn is an incredibly special dog who deserves a forever home with some lucky person or family who will love and protect her forever.  Please help Brooklynn.  When contacting the shelter for more information about Brooklynn, be sure to use her ID# A1390532 as a reference.  Photo/video credit:  Debbie Fan, Twitter @blackjackbarks
